Shipping Policy

Our business is open from Monday to Friday, 10 AM  to 6 pm EST.  We are located in Lansdale, PA , and we follow the same holiday and transit schedule as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Orders will not be shipped or in transit on certain holidays. We do not ship on weekends. If you place your order over the weekend or after business hours, it will be processed for shipment on the following business day during normal business hours. 

If you place your order before 4 PM EST (Monday-Friday), your order will be ship the same day. Excluding holidays and inclement weather. Some orders will be shipped after 3-7 working days as some items need to be arranged from different warehouses. Additional shipping rates, options, and estimated delivery will be displayed at the time of checkout depending on the location and service you choose.  

All orders ship from Pennsylvania. ground shipping takes 1 to 5 working days, depending on where you are located in the U.S. Shipping times can vary due to inclement weather, or the summer/holiday season. Very rarely is an order delayed past the estimated shipping time.  Shipping rates, options, and estimated delivery will be displayed at the time of checkout depending on the location and service you choose.
