Refund & Return

If you would like to make a return, you have 14 days from the day you received your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, email us at info@splendidcolections.com and provide us with your order number and contact information to file a request. Please note that we will not accept any items returned to us without prior authorization.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, so please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage until we receive your return. Return address will be provided once we receive a return request.

Please bear in mind that the cost of returning the items and ensuring their safe delivery is your responsibility until they reach us.

REFUND

We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. The refund will be sent to your original form of payment OR based on the refund method you selected.
